Store Policies

Shipping
Nimble Needle ships via USPS First Class, Media (books), or Priority Mail on all orders within the Continental USA. (note some limited large items may be shiped UPS)

Delivery Time
If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. If your items are not in stock, please allow for up to 4-6 weeks for your order to ship. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Return Policy
If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return the merchandise for credit so long it is within 15 days of receipt, is in like new condition, packaged the way it was received including container/ box /wrappings and original manufacturers tags.  Anything short of this renders the item in used condition and prohibits being sold as new.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Special order item are eligible for return.

Nimble Needle extends a 10% discount to ANG EGA and Pomegranate Guild members.  To redeem your discount purchases have to be made in the store, phoned in or emailed.  I can apply the discount to purchases prior to the transaction with cash, check, credit card or invoice.  No discount can be applied after purchases have been completed through online sales.  Please call or email to have the discount applied prior to checking out.

•Email orders are welcome!  Will send you an invoice payable online with any credit card.  Email product requests to [email protected]  Email orders are preferred over calling, items are in writing and makes resolving questions and/or a having a dialog if necessary 24/7.

• Why by appointment? Its my way of trying to be fair and responsive to walk-in customers as well as all other customers from webstore, online, email and social media.  While impossible to be perfect everyone deserves the best service I can provide with no one being forced to the “back of the line”.  Thank you for understanding, while not everyone can physically be in the store its a good thing because not everyone would fit!  On most days I serve anywhere from 10 -20 customers a day in one form or another.
