Yeii (or Yei) are powerful, benevolent Holy People in Navajo (Diné) theology who act as mediators, bringing healing, harmony, and prosperity. Represented as stylized, often front-facing, figures in sandpaintings and textiles, they are central to Navajo curing ceremonies. They are distinct from the masked dancers (Yeibichai) who represent them.
