Light magnifier attachment will work on NS4 Standard floor stand and Floor Travel Mate stand. The attachment is not intended to fit on the radial arm and therefore without a homemade invention this set up can not be accomplished using the NS4 table top /lap stand. However; depending on your level of expectation/ satisfaction you can using a block of wood or like material to fill the void of the U shaped fastener and successfully attach the light magnifier holder to the radial arm.
