A synthetic metallic thread. It is very easy to work with and in weight is similar to #5 pearl cotton or six strands of floss. Works fine on 18 and 14 count canvas, taking into consideration the stitch used and personal preferences. Its very soft in hand much like Rainbow Gallery Tiara, Gold Rush or Nordic Gold. It is not stiff or course such as RG treasure braid or Kreinik braid.
