26″ Heavy Duty Scroll Rod Frame WITH NO Baste System.
Includes two 5/8″ diameter heavy duty 26″ scroll rods, two 10″ side bars and four individual knobs. Rods have pre-applied tape with soft loop finish, frame kit includes tape for canvas or fabric with loop surface to grip onto rods. Eliminates the need to hand baste work on to rods and allows to swap out projects.
