Hyla’s High Cotton, each skein is 18 yards made up of 5 ply 100% non-mercerized cotton. One ply is slightly thicker and more tightly twisted than a strand of DMC cotton floss. Use all 5 ply is similar to working with Pearl 3. Its very strong and has a sheen but not a shine the way a pearl cotton does.
Hyla’s High Cotton is retired. Skeins have been kept clean and stored away. Original price per skein was $4.5o.
